Pamela Mtanga is entering a new era and doing so on her own terms. The award-winning media personality, known for her sharp presenting skills and resonant voice across digital platforms, recently celebrated a decade in the entertainment industry with a private gathering at SINN Restaurant in Johannesburg.
The event, hosted by punchlineprojects, brought together close friends, collaborators, and long-standing supporters to honour not only Pamela’s ten-year journey but also her latest accolade: Style Influencer of the Year at Glamour South Africa’s Most Glamorous 2025 Awards.
“This moment felt full circle,” she shared. “To be celebrated for my presence and not just performance is powerful.”
Mtanga, who turned 29 this year, has spent nearly half her life navigating the entertainment and lifestyle media landscape. Her recent bookings include hosting the Vitality Discovery Awards, the Crème of Nature South Africa launch, and other premium events during a time of seasonal industry slowdown, demonstrating her staying power and professional trust within the sector.
Her commercial reach continues to grow, with brand collaborations ranging from Nescafé to Nivea, alongside an ongoing ambassadorship with Adidas South Africa. She has carved out a distinct niche at the intersection of lifestyle, culture, and personal development.
“Ten years in, I’m creating from a place of calm,” she said. “I’ve learnt that you don’t need to be loud to be powerful.”
The celebratory dinner featured curated visuals from Mtanga’s decade-long career, courtesy of setlifestudiossa, reminding guests of the consistency and evolution of a voice that has quietly shaped public discourse in fashion, lifestyle, and modern womanhood.

This clarity of voice also defines her latest venture, My Audio Journal, a podcast launched under her production company, Beyond Curated Studios. The podcast explores themes of identity, growth, and womanhood through unscripted, deeply personal episodes.
“Imagine a podcast that doesn’t follow the rules and can happen anywhere at any time. That is My Audio Journal,” she explained. “I’m trusting my voice more and I hope others feel seen in the process.”
As Pamela Mtanga looks ahead, she is not merely counting years but milestones, honouring what she has built while remaining firmly focused on what comes next.
