Under the inspiring theme “Limitless Inspiration”, the Forbes Middle East Women’s Summit (3rd edition) concluded in Riyadh, marking a transformative celebration of women’s leadership, creativity and innovation across the region. The two-day gathering, chaired by H.H. Princess Noura Bint Mohammed Al Saud and led by Khuloud Al Omian, CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Forbes Middle East, brought together visionary women from diverse sectors—business, technology, healthcare, media and the arts—to honor the spirit of progress and the limitless potential of women shaping the future.
From the opening performance “Expressions of Empowerment” by Hind Khlaifat, General Manager of Deraya Speakers and Expressional Artist, the summit set a tone of courage and creativity. Her powerful presentation turned art into advocacy, a reminder that women’s voices, when expressed through emotion and artistry, have the power to reshape perceptions and redefine strength.
At the heart of the summit was the panel “FemTech Pioneers: Transforming the Future of Women’s Health”, which spotlighted innovators at the forefront of the region’s wellness revolution. Moderated by Jayda Shoukry, Content Producer at Forbes Middle East, the discussion featured Dr Radmila Lukian (Entrepreneur, Owner and Medical Director at Lucia Clinic), Miriam Abadi (Founder & CEO of TRU & Beyond) and Dr Afaq Almashhari (Aesthetic Physician, Entrepreneur & Founder of Beyond Skin Clinic Dubai & Dental Club Clinic). Together they explored how empathy, data and technology are converging to redefine women’s health—from AI-driven diagnostics to personalised care solutions—offering a glimpse into the next evolution of healthcare designed by and for women.
Corporate leaders also took the stage to emphasise inclusivity and empowerment within their industries. Aster DM Healthcare reaffirmed its commitment to women in healthcare—where women now comprise over 65% of its workforce—while Etihad Credit Insurance (ECI) spotlighted its own role in advancing women’s economic presence. H.E. Raja El Mazrouei, CEO of ECI, joined H.R.H. Princess Jawaher Al Saud and other distinguished voices in a discussion on how women’s leadership continues to drive sustainable development and innovation across the GCC.

In recognition of outstanding contributions to leadership and transformation, Huda Ragheb, Chief Human Resources Officer at EFSIM Facilities Management Company, received the Recognition of Excellence Award from Khuloud Al Omian. The accolade honoured Ragheb’s exceptional impact on human capital development and organisational growth, reflecting the summit’s mission to celebrate women whose leadership shapes the future of business.
Across panel discussions, fireside conversations and the exclusive VIP Lounge, the summit became a living network of ideas—an exchange of experiences among changemakers from across the Arab world and beyond.
As Khuloud Al Omian and the Forbes Middle East team led the closing celebration, the atmosphere was one of gratitude and ambition—women honouring women, voices coming together to envision the next frontier of empowerment.
“The Forbes Middle East Women’s Summit stands as a testament to the collective force of women who lead, innovate and inspire,” said Al Omian. “Each story shared here fuels a larger narrative—one of resilience, collaboration and the limitless power of women to drive transformation across our region and the world.”
The summit was supported by partners including Porsche Saudi Arabia, whose elegant showcase embodied ambition and timeless design, reflecting the essence of the event—progress with purpose.
Through its dialogue, artistry and recognition, the 2025 summit reaffirmed what the Forbes Middle East platform has long championed: that when women rise, industries evolve—and the world moves forward.
