In 2009, Karabo Tshabuse became Africa’s first female FIFA-accredited Players’ Agent, entering the complex world of sports law and contract negotiation. Her role as a players’ representative in disputes, particularly before the Premier Soccer League (PSL) Dispute Resolution Chamber, exposed her to high-stakes legal matters, igniting her passion for the law. This pivotal experience led her to pursue an LLB postgraduate degree, with a focus on sports and employment law. Today, Tshabuse combines her legal expertise to provide niche employment and sports law services, shaping the evolving legal landscape in these sectors.
Karabo Tshabuse is now a partner at Tshabuse Ramashia-Dube Inc., where she works alongside Kundi Ramashia-Dube, who brings her own wealth of expertise to the firm. Kundi is a Family Law specialist with over 10 years of experience and deep knowledge of family legal matters. After obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2007 and a postgraduate LLB degree from the University of Johannesburg in 2009, Kundi completed her articles at Hogan Lovells, where she was admitted as an attorney in 2013. She also qualified as a divorce and family mediator in the same year.
Kundi’s extensive legal career has spanned various roles, including leading the Legal Advice Office Support Projectat ProBono.Org as a Supervising Attorney. She gained academic experience as a Lecturer and National Course Coordinator before joining Witz Inc. as an Associate in 2016. Most recently, she served as a Family Advocate at the Department of Justice between 2018 and 2023, where she honed her expertise in family law.

Beyond her legal practice, Kundi founded “The Legal Dish,” a YouTube platform dedicated to inspiring and equipping law students and graduates with practical knowledge for navigating the legal profession. She also launched “Kundi’s Kitchen,” a food blog that simplifies cooking for the modern, busy home, blending her passion for law with personal interests in creative and accessible ways.
